I have worked in Ireland for about 13 yrs with 2 large Mechanical & Electrical contractors and hired plenty of Engineers, foremen and project managers. I managed projects with over 100 employees.
I established a recruitment company in Ireland with the recruitment license.
I have had about 20 companies and hired and fired plenty of people.
